KCGB is supporting independent bookstores and small business owners that are looking to bypass the big boys and get direct pricing and customer service. Quantities are available from small to large based on your budget. 

Sales tax will be charged and cannot be refunded. If you have a re-sellers license, please contact the publisher at kcgbbook@gmail.com before placing an order. Once your email address and permit are on file, tax will be exempt from your account as long as orders are placed using the original email address on file.
